How it Works

3. Our team will reach out to you within two business days to schedule your 30-minute kickoff call.
4. Complete the content brief before the kickoff.
5. Attend the kickoff call to meet your writer and answer questions.
6. When the first draft of your content is complete, offer revisions and feedback for any edits you'd like to see.
7. Use your completed content to help you share your story!

THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of acceptance by and between the undersigned client (“Client”) and Professional Communication Consulting, LLC dba Comma Copywriters (“Contractor”) in connection with the “100 Stories Project” (“Project”).
Contractor agrees to provide writing and editing services for up to one thousand five hundred (1,500) total words of content as outlined during the Project kickoff call. The Client agrees to compensate Contractor a total project fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for such Services. Payment shall be made in full by credit card at the time of booking or as otherwise invoiced, and Client hereby authorizes Contractor to charge the provided credit card for all agreed-upon fees.
The Project timeline shall be three (3) weeks from the date of the kickoff call to final delivery of completed content. Client acknowledges that delays in communication, feedback, or provision of necessary materials may impact the Project timeline, and Contractor shall not be held liable for such delays. One (1) round of revisions is included, which must be requested within five (5) business days of delivery.
Upon receipt of full payment, all right, title, and interest in and to the final written content produced under this Agreement shall be transferred to Client, and Client shall have full ownership and usage rights to such content. Contractor retains the right to use non-confidential excerpts for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. By proceeding with the Project, Client agrees to these terms in full, and both parties acknowledge their intent to be bound by this Agreement.
