Comma Wins Utah's "Best of State" for 2024 Writers' Services
For the second consecutive year, Comma Copywriters was awarded the 2024 Utah’s “Best of State” in the Arts & Entertainment category for Writers’ Services. As Comma celebrates our eighth anniversary, founder and CEO Crystalee Beck reflects on what this recognition means to the company.

About Best of State
Utah’s “Best of State” award is an annual recognition program created to recognize the outstanding achievements of individuals, businesses, and organizations in Utah. For over 20 years, this program has been on a mission to inspire others to give back to the community by recognizing those who have paved the way before us.
To win a Best of State award, over 100 independent judges review entries spanning across the following 10 main categories:

Hospitality, Travel & Tourism

Sports & Recreation
All applicants are then closely judged based on three important criteria: their ability to excel in their endeavors, utilize innovative approaches and methods, and contribute to improving the overall quality of life in Utah.

Not only do candidates have to demonstrate their achievements and excellence in their respective fields, the judges also take into consideration the feedback and recognition from peers, their development of superior products and/or services, their contribution to the growth and expansion of their specific enterprise, as well as any previous awards and recognitions they have received.
“During the last 20 years living in Utah, I’ve seen the Best of State emblem proudly displayed on restaurant fronts and local businesses all over town,” shares Crystalee. “For so long, I’ve been aware of the importance of this recognition, so for us to win not once, but twice, feels so significant—like we are claiming our place alongside other leading brands in the state.”
